The whole process of getting the water softener and having it installed was great! Terry was very helpful in helping me choose what I needed for our home. On the day of install, Austin was the best. He made sure everything was good before installing it in our garage and made that I knew how everything worked. Overall it was a great experience! If you need a water softener, I wouldn’t hesitate going with them!
Mr. Price, the Kinetico Technician, provided outstanding service. He was both technically competent and had wonderful communication skills by educating me about what he was doing and why. Thank you!
