The technicians showed up promptly and started their work immediately. They did a fantastic job and all was done expeditiously. They projected themselves as professionals, answered all my questions and took the time to show how everything worked Waldo, Jonah and Jose completed the work in a timely manner.

I also shopped for RO filters and Kinetico SA had the best price!Needed a filter for my system, met a very helpful person named Reagan that explained how to change it. Live out in the country so wanted to avoid a service call. The cashier said she would give me a discount if I gave a great review. Before today, I would have given 2 or 3 stars, but George and Justin redeemed my trust in Kinetico Water Softeners San Antonio. They actually showed me the worn out parts in the cap that were preventing the system from working properly. They recommended adding a de-chlorinator to protect these new parts from going bad too soon along with the others that were replaced earlier this year. I would have loved to have that when I bought the system back in 2013, but there was no such option back then. They tested the system to make sure it is cycling properly now before they left. Very friendly and professional, I appreciated that they cleaned up any mess and they did not treat me like an idiot. Looking forward to the installation of the de-chlorinator to my Kinetico!

Woke up this morning to find out that our Kinetico was leaking water on our garage floor. Called Kinetico and was told that a technician would be sent tomorrow. I said that it was an emergency and they then said someone would be there in a few hours. Anthony arrived and knew what it probably was. After checking the functioning of the system, he verified that indeed it was the valve in the salt tank that had failed. He immediately replaced it with a newly designed one that would not fail like the old one. Then he also replaced a leaking brass fitting with a better Kietico fitting. I feel so relieved that there is no more overflow from the salt tank, and that my Kinetico is up and running again! Thanks, Anthony Price and thanks, Kinetico of San Antonio!

Noel, the tech, was first time at this location. I was highly impressed with his professionalism and ability. Very superior attention to detail including explanations to the customer who likes mechanical issues. High marks for Noel. This guy should get a promotion or become a trainer.
