Noel came out to unclog our softener unit again. This is the first time he has been out to help us with this continuing issue of the potassium forming a solid and preventing the softener from working correctly. He cleared it out, and cleaned and adjusted the unit so it can perform correctly. He then tested the water to ensure soft water was flowing into the house. He explained everything to me with suggestions for refilling the unit in order to prevent future problems. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and asked several times if I had any additional questions. I was very pleased with the service work Noel performed today and will request his services should I need any further help in the future. My Kinetico softener is up and running again and I am a happy camper, no longer needing to scrub hard water residue from faucets, sinks and the ice maker at my house. Thanks so much, Noel!!

Due to limited space this was a complicated job, he worked all the issues and did a wonderful job.
