How to Prepare my Skin for Warmer Weather
March 7, 2017
Look out – warmer weather is on its way! Spring and summer are right around the corner. That means it’s time to prepare your skin for warmer weather and get ready to show off your healthy skin with confidence!
4 Tips for great looking skin this summer.
Invest in a water softener
According to Livestrong.com, “soft water is gentle, beautifying, enriching.” If you have hard water – which is in abundance here in San Antonio – you may suffer from minerals entering your pores, itching, chapping and dryness.
Water softeners eliminate minerals and chemicals that may otherwise come into your home. Investing in a soft water softener will ensure you have healthy and beautiful, clean skin.
Drink Lots of Water
You’ve probably been told to drink about eight glasses of water a day to stay healthy and improve skin. Well we are here to remind you once again that drinking water each day will remove the body and skin of excess toxins. It can’t hurt, so why not drink more water?
Exfoliate Skin
A healthy body requires you to spend some time on maintaining your complexion and skin, which means you should spend some time exfoliating.
For those of you who don’t know – exfoliating is the process of shedding dead skin cells. It’s important to exfoliate to eliminate all the old skin cells that become oily and dull and later become clogged pores and acne.
A simple and inexpensive way to exfoliate is to buy exfoliating scrub at any drug store, and make sure to be gentle on your skin when applying pressure.
Moisturize Skin
One of the golden rules to having well-maintained, healthy skin is to invest in a good skin care moisturizer. Since it’s almost summer, do yourself the favor and apply lotion to your legs, arms and face. Moisturizing your skin will help your body look radiant and radiant by the time summer comes by!

We're very glad we got this installed. The technician, Alberto, was very polite and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what we would need to do.

Alberto kept me informed on his arrival time. He was professional and exceeded my expectations concerning the install of the water filtration system. I also need to put a plug in for Tracy for her patience and skills at making things happen behind the scenes...a true unsung hero. They both deserve a raise!

I just had my system installed by Alberto and Jay, and I wanted to say that they rocked. Got it all in and gave me some instructions to follow, all while being determined to detail and professional. Thanks, fellas.
