Seems hard to believe, but 2013 is nearly in the rear-view mirror. Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner. If you fall in that latter category, holidays can take a big toll on you – physically, mentally and emotionally. Even if that stress is setting in, it doesn’t mean you can’t look your best.
Tips to keep stress from straining your style during the holidays.
Skip the Shampoo
It doesn’t matter if you’re traveling for the holidays or inviting people to your home, shower time and hot water are at a premium this time of year. So do yourself a favor – shampoo less frequently. This will keep your hair from drying out in the chilly, dry air. The next day, try a dry shampoo to get rid of that second-day hair look.
