Kinetico San Antonio Returns to Uganda

Clean water, amongst other other things, is often taken for granted. At Kinetico SA, we know too well the kinds of contaminants that our softeners remove from the water running through San Antonio and the Hill Country’s pipes. That’s why, when given the opportunity to help those in need of fresh water, we packed our things and headed out to the Bulabandi Children’s Village with the Uganda Tree of Life Ministries.
In the village, we installed a solar-powered water well and water retention tank to provide clean running water. In addition to providing clean drinking water, the children were able to take a shower for the first time in their lives! Last year’s trip was an incredible, eye-opening and humbling experience and we can’t wait to join the Uganda Tree of Life Ministries once again!
Though we can’t physically bring much, we do make room for donations of clothing, toys, etc. for the children. It was amazing to experience the joy that a pair of shoes or a new soccer ball can bring.
